Once we have been able to assess your agreement we will contact you to let you know the results.
If the agreement is assessed as unenforceable and you wish to proceed we can begin the claim.
- We will post to you a Client Agreement, a Declaration of Authority (if not already completed), PPI questionnaire, a copy of the Process and a copy of our Terms of Business.
- You would need to complete the forms and pay the relevant fee of £245.00 per agreement, payable to Vantress Ltd.
- Money back guarantee if we cannot place your case with one of our panel of solicitors, less the £50.00 assessment fee.
- Vantress will pass your case to a solicitor on our panel.
- The Solicitor will contact the Lender direct and request that the debt is cancelled.
If you're struggling to make payments, we cannot offer financial advice, but contact Credit & Loan Management Ltd who can offer debt advice.
If the agreement is enforceable, then you can continue making payments to your lender in the knowledge everything is okay.
Other Key Points
- It could take a long period of time; we would ask you for your patience and understanding during this time.
- While you claim is progressing you could be still making full payments on the loan. This money cannot be recovered. If you’re struggling to make these payments please contact us and we can offer help and advice.
- If we are also seeking compensation you will be informed.
- If you’re contacted by the lender you MUST inform us immediately because it could seriously prejudice your claim.
- Please forward all correspondence from the lender in the pre-paid envelopes provided.
- If you bank with the same organization you’re making a claim against we strongly recommend you open another bank account.
- If you're receiving threatening telephone calls from your lender we recommend changing your telephone number. Please advise us of any changes.
- If your claim proceeds to Court you will normally not have to attend in person, the Solicitor acting on your behalf will advise you and attend the hearing on your behalf. You may off course attend should you so wish.
